Location: Esquell RanchThe Esquell Ranch is centrally located approximately 18 miles east of Rocksprings, 42 miles west of Kerrville and one mile north of highway 41. Access from highway 41 is via caliche based easement road.

Description: The outside perimeter of the ranch is enclosed with game fence. The fence is in excellent condition. The terrain is typical Edwards Plateau country to rolling landscape. All of the ranch is easily accessed via truck, ATV, or short hikes. KR Bluestem grass knee high to a tall steer is scattered throughout the property. There are wide open grass covered flats and densely wooded areas on the ranch. Primary tree cover is live oak trees, shin oak trees, and blue berry juniper.
